This charming and quirky family home enjoys a peaceful setting with glorious marsh views. With Southwold Pier and the beach just a short stroll down the road and the High Street less than a 10-minute walk away, everything for a wonderful Southwold stay is easily accessible.

Sea Dreams offers comfortable, affordable accommodation for families seeking a traditional seaside getaway or those looking for a short break by the Suffolk Coast. The lounge boasts snuggly sofas and chairs, a smart TV and woodburner for autumn/winter getaways. The kitchen-diner is spacious and well-equipped with everything you’ll need to rustle-up a tasty meal. The bedrooms are split over two floors; a double with king-size bed on the first floor and a further double and a single on the second floor. All have plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The family bathroom is spacious and there’s a cloakroom WC downstairs.

Outside there’s a good-sized, fully enclosed patio garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining away from the sea breeze while to the front of the house there’s a mature garden and driveway for two cars. The property's close proximity to the sea front and the enclosed outdoor space make it perfect for the family dog too.

If you’re seeking a peaceful location, generous space inside and out, private parking and value for money, Sea Dreams ticks all the boxes.

NEED TO KNOW

Bed linen and one set of towels per person are provided.

Stairs to the first floor are open and head room is restricted.

The front garden is mature and has a pond. Young guests should be supervised in the front garden at all times.

The sloped driveway is long enough for two small cars. Guests are advised to reverse into the driveway.

This property accepts one well-behaved dog, subject to payment of the appropriate pet fee. The following house rules must be strictly observed.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They should not be left unattended at the property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in any bedrooms. Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog/s. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property.
