Quirky Southwold cottage just moments from the picturesque South Green.

Full Description

Oh-so-quirky! Individual and unique, 1a Park Lane stands proudly just off the picturesque South Green in Southwold. The cottage is ornately shaped yet offers space and tranquillity in cosy, warm rooms and even some distant sea views from the bay window.

The welcoming sitting room at the front of the cottage offers guests a place to relax and mingle together. There is a kitchen and dining area for all your self-catering needs plus a ground floor bedroom with en-suite for those who are less-able. A small but perfectly formed courtyard is at the rear of the cottage and is ideal for catching a few Southwold sun rays. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with en-suite facilities.

From 1a Park Lane there are so many desirable areas waiting to be explored. Just beneath South Green you’ll be straight onto the beach, a short walk takes you into the heart of the town centre with its abundance of shops, boutiques, bakeries and restaurants. For a more energetic walk you can discover the traditional charm of Southwold Harbour.

However you choose to spend your Southwold holiday, 1a Park Lane is truly a perfect choice.

The lovely house situated in a street of 18th century buildings. Very close to the High Street.
We appreciated that the house was warm when we arrived - thank you. It is a cosy house in a good location.
Lovely cottage and very typical Southwold feel. Great location, my daughter loved the separate downstairs annexe -so good for a teen to stay in that room.
