This charming and cosy cottage enjoys a central location just a short stroll to the High Street and beach.

Positioned on one of Southwold’s most popular residential streets close to shops and eateries of the High Street, Landlords Cottage offers cosy and inviting accommodation for up to 5 guests although is most comfortable for 4.

There’s a feeling of homeliness as you open the front door to this charming terraced cottage. The open plan lounge diner is stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas, armchair and a large dining table for enjoying sociable meals together during your stay. There’s a woodburner too for those chillier evenings in plus BT TV and a selection of games. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need for a self-catering stay – there’s even an air-fryer!

Upstairs are three bedrooms. The front bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and ample storage space. There’s also a single bedroom which has a pull-out trundle bed in case an extra guest comes to stay for a night or two, and a double bedroom. Please note that the double bed is positioned against the wall so is most suited to an individual rather than a couple. You’ll find the shower room, which is bright and spacious on the ground floor.

Outside there’s a courtyard with patio table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee. Although there is no private parking there is generally roadside parking available on Victoria Street.

ACCOMMODATION

Front Door leads to

Sitting /Dining Room: Two sofas and lounge chair, coffee table, TV with BT TV box, selection of board games. Fireplace with woodburner. Starter kit of wood and kindling provided during winter months.
Large dining table and four chairs, plus a bench for two.
External door to courtyard.

Kitchen: Single electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, air fryer.

Shower Room: Large walk-in shower cubicle with hand-held shower head, WC, basin, heated towel rail, washing machine.

Stairs from sitting room lead to:

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom One: Kingsize bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, chest of drawers, rail for hanging clothes, hairdryer.

Bedroom Two: Single bed with bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, iron and ironing board. Trundle bed under the single bed for an extra guest. Please note no linen will be provided for the trundle bed.

Bedroom Three: Double bed with single bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, hook on door for clothes hanging. Bed is positioned against the wall so may be more suitable for one person.

OUTSIDE

Rear courtyard with bench. Washing line. Please note that access to the back of the adjoining terraced properties is via this courtyard.

NEED TO KNOW

Towels and linen provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
