A home away from home – Bell Cottage is a lovely self-catering cottage equipped with everything required to enjoy quality time away with family. One of the many desirable features at Bell Cottage includes the tranquil rear garden which is completely fenced and offers a lovely private space for al-fresco dining and entertaining. There is also a shed which can be used for storing bicycles and there are plenty of cycling routes around Southwold in which to explore.

Bell Cottage is ideal for holidays at all times of year, with the cosy woodburning stove a lovely feature for taking the chill off winter breaks. The accommodation is also suitable for families with small children or friends holidaying together. The location is ideal for exploring the very best of Southwold including the famous Pier, High Street shops and many eateries.

We love the woodburning stove in the sitting room which is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring the Suffolk coast.

GROUND FLOOR
Sitting Room: TV, DVD player, woodburning stove.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dining table and chairs.
Bathroom: Bath with over-bath shower, washbasin and WC.
Garden: There are two steps down into a small courtyard and a gate to a private rear garden with garden furniture and shed for bike storage.

FIRST FLOOR
Master Bedroom: King size bed.
Bedroom 2: Single bed with access to bedroom 3, which is separated by a curtain.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, not suitable for adults.

Need to know

All bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels).

This property accepts one well-behaved dog, subject to payment of the appropriate pet fee. The following house rules must be strictly observed.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They should not be left unattended at the property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in any bedrooms. Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog/s. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property.

The property has gas central heating.

There is no parking with the property however there is plenty of on-street parking in St Edmunds Road.

Please be aware the private garden is accessed across a communal pathway.
