Tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, Alice’s is a wonderful holiday home for couples or small families. With two good-sized bedrooms; a super king and a single, plus large lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen and family bathroom it offers practical and comfortable space for a relaxed getaway – it’s dog-friendly too, with owners welcoming one well-behaved dog.

Enjoying an enviable location, just a 2-minute stroll from the beach and a 10-minute walk to Southwold’s popular High Street and its wonderful selection of independent shops and eateries, Alice’s is well-located to enjoy everything Southwold has to offer. With free public parking generally available on Pier Avenue the apartment is also great if you plan on travelling further afield for day trips during your stay.

The owners have thought of everything to make your stay at Alice’s enjoyable, from the latest mod-cons (and detailed instructions on how to use them) to providing a windbreak and chairs for your trips to the beach!

ACCOMMODATION

Front door to Lancaster Court to communal lobby area. Alice’s is the ground floor apartment on the right.

Apartment front door leads to;

Hall way with large cupboard for storing coats, shoes, suitcases and bags.

Bedroom One – Superking bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, dressing table and mirror, tallboy chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer.

Lounge/Diner – Two sofas, dining table and chairs, coffee table, Smart TV and DVD/Blueray player with large selection of films, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker

Bedroom Two – single bed, bedside cabinet and lamp, wardrobe, blackout curtains

Bathroom – bath with glass shower screen and single head Aqualisa shower, WC, basin, radiator and towel rail

Kitchen – Electric hob, single electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, small freezer (in back porch), Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker. Back door to porch.

Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels

There is no private parking at Alice’s but free roadside parking is generally available on Pier Avenue.

This property accepts one well-behaved dog subject to payment of the appropriate pet fee. The following house rules must be strictly observed.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They should not be left unattended at the property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in any bedrooms. Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog/s. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property.

FOR GROUPS

Alice’s is in the same apartment block as Sully’s Cove, which is on the first floor. Renting both properties is an ideal solution for larger group stays or multi-generational holidays.
