1 Cumberland Close has a spacious paved courtyard to the front of the apartment which is a fabulous sun trap to enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee. The courtyard also gives level access to the apartment for those who are less able. Inside the apartment has a sitting room and dining area ideal for starting or ending your day together, a fully functional kitchen area and two bedrooms – one king size bedroom and one twin bedded room, along with white bathroom suite.

Lovely well appointed accommodation, spotlessly clean when we arrived. Well arranged with lots of thoughtful touches, everything worked well. Very comfortable beds, nice living room area allowed the family to spend time together. It was cold when we first arrived so we needed the blankets before the storage heaters kicked in, but once they did the flat was cosy and warm. Thanks again for a lovely stay in Southwold, would highly recommend.
The accommodation is lovely just like a home from home. Perfect location and has everything we need.

This apartment is immaculate and well appointed.
This is our second stay at this lovely flat. So convenient for town and beach.
There are very few properties in Southwold that cater for a person with mobility issues. This ticked all the boxes for us! A family member is in a wheelchair and found the layout and furniture refreshing.... to be able to access a property !
Cumberland Close is a very good choice for my husband who has some difficulty walking We are able to go down to the sea with very little trouble, which is important for us as we enjoy swimming. It's also a quiet street with little through traffic, yet conveniently close to shops. The flat is spacious and quiet, and yet centrally situated . Thank you for a lovely time!
