Step inside this beautiful period pet-friendly holiday home enjoying one of the best views in town – overlooking South Green and beyond to the sea. Set over three floors, Westbury House is a perfect holiday choice for larger or extended families looking to make memories in Southwold.

The real hub of the home is the kitchen and dining area with large dining table for everyone to gather and enjoy meal times together. The beautiful bay window gives a great eye-level view of South Green. The kitchen is fully equipped with all self-catering essentials and more including coffee machine, 2 electric ovens and a small kitchen island. You’ll also find a handy shower room on the ground floor, ideal for washing sandy toes!

The first floor sitting room is full of warmth, character and period features and is a great spot to watch the tides come and go. There are 4 double beds and the master bedroom now has a super-king which resides on the second floor and comes with a delightful balcony with views over the town and towards the harbour and River Blyth – the perfect place to hide away with an evening glass of wine.

Westbury House is also pet-friendly meaning you don’t have to leave anyone behind when choosing to holiday here. The Common is just five minutes’ walk from the property which is a great place for walking your pooch.

When choosing Westbury House, you’re centrally located to all Southwold’s most desirable areas including the High Street shops and pubs, beach, harbour and Common.

We love how the property utilises its position with bay windows from many rooms giving guests truly wonderful views of the lush South green and calming sea.

Sitting Room: Smart TV, bay window overlooking South Green and sea views.
Bedroom 2: Double bed.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, feature fireplace.
Shower Room: Shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

SECOND FLOOR
Master Bedroom: Super-King, French doors onto balcony which overlooks rooftops. En-Suite Cloakroom with washbasin and WC.

Bathroom: Bath with over-bath rainfall shower, washbasin and WC.

Need to know
Please note that the property is over 3 floors so all guests will need to navigate stairs to reach the living room and nearest bedroom and again when exiting the building.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The property has gas central heating.
One well-behaved dog is welcome.
There is no parking with the property however on-street parking can be found along Park Lane and further parking along Godyll Road.
The annual Charter Fair takes place on South Green during May half term which is close to this cottage.
