Pier View Bedroom – Super king bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, drawers, wardrobe. En suite with walk-in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail

Laundry Room – washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board

Steps up to

Seaview Suite – Super king bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, chest of drawers, double doors to balcony directly overlooking the sea. Dressing room and En suite with freestanding bath, walk in shower, twin basins, WC, heated towel rail.

Bunk Room – Two full size single bunk beds (top bunks no suitable for adults, doors to balcony overlooking Gun Hill, chest of drawers. En suite with bath with overhead shower, WC, basin.

SECOND FLOOR

Turret Bedroom – King size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. En suite with walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. This room has sloping ceilings and restricted height.

Lookout Viewing Deck – Glass floored viewing deck with panoramic views of the Suffolk Coast.

OUTSIDE

Gravel driveway – space for two large or three small cars. Additional cars can be parked on the lawn.

Wrap-around garden – mostly laid to lawn. The garden is not enclosed.

Patio – to the north of the house, with dining table and chairs

EV charger – in the garage

NEED TO KNOW
Linen and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels.
This property accepts two well-behaved dogs, subject to payment of the appropriate pet fee. The following house rules must be strictly observed.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They should not be left unattended at the property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in any bedrooms. Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog/s. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property.
