Full Description

Tibbys View is a very popular pretty terraced cottage overlooking Tibbys Green towards St Edmunds Church. This lovely holiday cottage has been welcoming guests to Southwold for many years and comes with everything you could desire for self-catering with family or friends. Exceptionally cosy and welcoming, Tibby's View has a spacious sitting room and open plan kitchen and dining room with separate utility area. There are three bedrooms with a choice of bed configurations in which to choose from plus a family bathroom on the first floor and handy walk-in shower on the ground floor.

The cottage is ideally located only a short walk from the beach and the High Street with its boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. A short stroll from the cottage takes you to the Adnams Cellar and Kitchen store with its wealth of ales, spirits and wines from around the world. Why not spoil yourselves with a bottle of something special in the charming rear garden – a real suntrap when the summer sun comes out to play.

Thank you for sharing Tibby's View - ideal for 3 generations, great location for coastal walking and central amenities.
Our third visit to Tibby's View was comfortable and relaxing. Everything about the house is so good and clean. We had good meals at the Harbour Inn and the Tap Room in The Swan. A special mention for the person who does the cleaning.
1st tme to Tibby's View but not to Southwold. Great Property, very clean & well equipped.
We have had a lovely stay again, very comfortable for all of us and well equipped cottage.
Beautiful roomy cottage- felt so welcoming and homely. Excellent facilities. Much bigger than it looks in the photos. The lounge was a great size with plenty of seating for everyone. Huge kitchen table and outside seating area for eating. Lovely beds and linen. Additional shower and toilet great for a family stay. Very clear instruction pack and summary card. The location was perfect too.
Lovely cottage for a group stay in Southwold
Our second week at Tibby's View ended with two warm days. The house is a pleasure to revisit - thank you so much.
Lovely house - spotlessly clean, great position, all amenities within walking distance. Parking was fine, we managed to get parked outside the house may prove more challenging during the school holidays but not a problem for us. We loved that there were two bathrooms, one had a walk in shower which made life easier for my elderly parents. We had the most gorgeous weather and made great use of the garden. The house is really well resourced and roomy. I would definitely recommend it as a great base to explore Southwold from.
We've spent more than 20 years holidaying in Southwold over the years. Tibby's View is the most spacious and well equipped place in which we've stayed. Very clean.
Such a nice property and just a short walk to anywhere in town.

Lovely house everything you want, home from home.

What could beat Tibby's View!! My family enjoyed a wonderful view, an exciting playground and an amazing Christmas! Tibby's View provided us with comfortable beds and furniture, a good sized table for all meals as well as some fabulous decorations. When this stunning holiday ended we were all upset to say goodbye but our memories will stay with us.
Lovely place and very close to Southwold High Street. We would definitely stay again!!
We were happy with all aspects of the property. We have stayed in several other houses in Southwold, and this is certainly one of the best. Good location, well appointed and maintained. We have booked through Durrants on several occasions before. We are happy with the service we receive.
