This attractive Victorian holiday cottage is located in a quieter part of Southwold. Just a few yards away you’ll find the lush Common which is the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic with loved ones whilst catching a few sun rays and the High Street is just around the corner. 5 Wymering Road provides a comfortable holiday base for all the family including a beloved four-legged friend.
The sitting room is a lovely place for some quiet time alone or gathering with loved ones setting out your day of sightseeing in Southwold. The kitchen has everything needed for prepping a bite to eat or cooking a feast for the family. Upstairs the bedrooms comprise of two doubles and a bunk bedded room, plus a family bathroom suite.
With the added bonus of a private parking space, 5 Wymering Road is a great holiday choice for six guests.

We love the window seat in the bay window of the sitting room.

Sitting Room/Dining Area: TV and DVD player, bay window seat, dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: Gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table with chairs and pew style bench.
Garden: Rear paved courtyard with garden furniture.
FIRST FLOOR
Master Bedroom: King Size bed, TV.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, washbasin.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds.
Bathroom: Bath with over-bath shower, washbasin and WC.
Need to know
All bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. Guests can save £50 on their holiday booking by bringing their own linen – please advise us at the time of booking.
This property accepts one well-behaved dog, subject to payment of the appropriate pet fee. The following house rules must be strictly observed.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They should not be left unattended at the property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in any bedrooms. Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog/s. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property.Failure to follow these house rules may result in payment being taken against your security deposit. There is parking for one car to the rear of the cottage in Blackmill Road. There is additional on-street parking available along Wymering Road.
