Clovelly is a spacious, fully refurbished semi-detached home with everything you need for a comfortable, stylish holiday getaway. It has stunning uninterrupted views over marshland and is conveniently located within close proximity to the town, beach, boating lake and award-winning Southwold Pier.
The interior has a fresh, modern feel whilst still retaining a wonderful sense of character. The open-plan ground floor is a wonderfully social space, with a full equipped kitchen with island seating, perfect for cooking up a storm with local ingredients. In the living space there’s a deep corner sofa and log burning stove for cosy nights in playing games or snoozing after a long day at the beach. The main bedroom on the top floor has a triple aspect, with far-reaching views across the marsh and out towards the sea.
It boasts a number of thoughtful features such as a built-in sound system on the ground floor, a gas BBQ, and both a rear courtyard and front garden to enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco dinner with friends and family alike.
