The Shiny Pebble

The Shiny Pebble, is a cosy and well-appointed ground floor studio apartment, close to the centre of town and just a few steps from Southwold's glorious beach. It is the perfect base for short break to enjoy everything the town has to offer, including a fabulous selection of local and chain shops, glorious beach and wonderful walks.

With a modern kitchenette with dining table and a chairs for two, cosy living/sleeping space and a large wet room this stylish studio offers more space and practicality than a hotel room. Those with mobility issues have been carefully considered too.


ACCOMMODATION

The property is accessed via a shared lobby. The door to The Shiny Pebble is on the left as you enter the lobby.

Kitchenette is equipped with single electric oven, induction hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge (no freezer compartment), kettle, microwave, 4-slice toaster.

Wet room has a sliding door. Shower with a fixed and hand held head plus chair and grab rails. WC with grab rails. Hand basin, heated towel rail.

Seating area has a small two-seater sofa, electric flame-effect fire and Smart TV.

Beds can either be made up as two single beds or one super-king bed. This must be specified at the time of booking. If used as a super-king one side of the bed is against the wall.

NEED TO KNOW

Linen and towels are provided, but please provide your own beach towels.
No dogs are allowed at the property.
There is no parking with the property. Free roadside parking is available on nearby streets including Victoria Street and North Parade.
