The Gull’s Nest is a popular bolt hole for families or couples looking for a holiday home in the heart of Southwold with the added bonus of private outside space and driveway parking.

This delightful two-bedroom holiday home boasts a well-equipped, bright and airy kitchen-diner, cosy sitting room with woodburner for the chillier months, downstairs family bathroom and two good sized bedrooms. There’s a fully enclosed courtyard garden too with dining table and chairs. The cottage is dog-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved pet.

Morning coffee and treats are available just on the doorstep from nearby eatery The Canteen while the delights of the High Street are less than a 5-minute walk away. The beach is also close by, again just a 5-minute walk. For the younger members of the family, the Tibby’s Green play park is just at the end of the road.

NEED TO KNOW

Bed linen and one set of towels per person are provided.

This property accepts one well-behaved dog subject to payment of the appropriate pet fee. The following house rules must be strictly observed.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They should not be left unattended at the property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in any bedrooms. Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property.
