The Gull’s Nest is a popular bolt hole for families or couples looking for a holiday home in the heart of Southwold with the added bonus of private outside space and driveway parking.
This delightful two-bedroom holiday home boasts a well-equipped, bright and airy kitchen-diner, cosy sitting room with woodburner for the chillier months, downstairs family bathroom and two good sized bedrooms. There’s a fully enclosed courtyard garden too with dining table and chairs. The cottage is dog-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved pet.
Morning coffee and treats are available just on the doorstep from nearby eatery The Canteen while the delights of the High Street are less than a 5-minute walk away. The beach is also close by, again just a 5-minute walk. For the younger members of the family, the Tibby’s Green play park is just at the end of the road.

Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property.
