Enjoy spectacular sea views from this spacious self-contained ground floor apartment – part of a large Victorian house directly opposite Southwold’s beach. The paved front garden with seating area enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea, Southwold's award-winning Blue Flag beach and famous Pier. The stunning views can also be enjoyed from the beautiful bay window in the sitting room and the front bedroom.
Strathmore is ideal for larger or extended families as there's plenty of room for everyone in this spacious and well-equipped home by the sea. The visitors' book speaks for itself as it is filled with glowing reviews from guests who have enjoyed a wonderful stay at Strathmore.

The sitting room is the perfect size for allowing the whole family to gather together and take in the glorious views of the sea. What’s more, when the weather is a little cooler you can light the multi-fuel stove and relax by the glow of the fire.

Dining Room: Dining table and chairs, Wi-Fi, door to back patio area and side gate.
Kitchen: Eye-level electric double oven and electric hob, two fridges, microwave, dishwasher. Utility Room: Freezer and washing machine.
Master Bedroom: King size bed and En-Suite Shower Cubicle.
Cloakroom: Washbasin and WC (which can be accessed from the hallway).
Bedroom 2: Two single beds which can be pushed together (still made up as two singles), washbasin.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, 6ft bunk beds.
Bathroom: Retro-style with bath and over-bath shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
Garden: Paved front garden with views of the sea. Small rear courtyard with garden furniture.
Need to know
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The property has gas central heating.
One well-behaved dog is welcome.
There is no parking with the property however on-street parking is available throughout North Parade (please note you are not permitted to park on driveway as access to garages is required at all times).
The property is accessed through its own entrance porch into the dining room, via a paved driveway to the enclosed patio garden.
Entrance is via the back garden with 1 step into porch, 3 steps down to front garden.
