This wonderful family home boasts space by the bucketful, which is apt given its close proximity to the beach! The house is ideal for multi-generational families, two smaller families or groups of friends. Its unusual layout and choice of social spaces work beautifully. Downstairs the roomy and superbly equipped kitchen diner opens out to a sun terrace with steps down to a mature and fully enclosed garden, while upstairs there’s a spacious, dual-aspect lounge and fabulous balcony overlooking the beach and pier – the perfect spot for a sunrise coffee or chilled evening drinks.
Three of 84 Pier Avenue’s bedrooms are on the ground floor with the en suite master being on the first floor. With two doubles, a bunk and a twin, the house offers great flexibility and with a family bathroom, two shower rooms and a WC there’ll be no queues for the facilities.
