The house has been recently renovated throughout with comfort and convenience in mind. Both lounges offer deep sofas and Smart TVs, while the kitchen is equipped with the all latest appliance amenities.
Upstairs the comfort continues with hotel-style crisp white bedding on super-comfy beds and plush soft carpets. Both bedrooms have large en-suite shower/bathrooms. Outside you’ll find a secluded decked courtyard with rattan sofa, the perfect place to start the day with a fresh coffee and pastry from one of the High Street bakeries.

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Lounge area has sofa, fireplace (not operational) and wall-mounted Smart TV and soundbar. Dining table and six chairs. Double doors leading to the courtyard. There is under-floor heating in the kitchen/dining room.
Kitchen equipped with double electric oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, wine fridge, Magimix Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, 4-slice toaster, radio/Bluetooth speaker.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board, airer.
Cloakroom: WC and basin.
First Floor
Bedroom One: front facing room with bay window, double bed, bedside drawers and lamps, chest of drawers, clothes hanging space, hairdryer. Ample space for a travel cot if required. En-suite bath/shower room with walk-in shower, free-standing bath with hand-held shower attachment, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom Two: overlooking the courtyard with double bed, bedside drawers and lamps, chest of drawers, clothes handing space, hairdryer. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

This property accepts one well behaved dog subject to payment of the appropriate pet fee. A second dog may be accommodated at the discretion of the owner. Please get in touch with any enquiries. The following house rules must be strictly observed.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They should not be left unattended at the property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in any bedrooms. Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog/s. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property.
