Thank you for another brilliant stay, the property is so homely and well equipped. This is our 3rd stay and I am sure there will be more!!

Had a wonderful relaxing week. Cottage is lovely. The sunshine and being so close to the beach has been a real treat.

Our 13th holiday in Southwold - won't be our last! Our first stay in this lovely house - what a treat. We've really enjoyed every moment in this house and don't want to leave, it feels like a real home-from-home in every respect. Many thanks for sharing it with us.

Another wonderful week in Southwold and our favourite "home from home" unusually mild for November, we had sunshine and blue skies the early morning walks. We love this house and it's position, thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us. We are booked again for 2024.

With a family history in Southwold it always feels like coming home when we return and Seaway certainly feels like home. We have stayed in many properties in Southwold over the years - all lovely but this one feels more authentic than some. Seaway is surprisingly spacious, extremely well located and the owners have thought of everything - thank you. Already looking forward to the next visit!

We had a wonderful stay in this huge beautiful home for just the two of us. Really lucky with the mini heatwave as well! If we come back to Southwold we would certainly look for Seaway House first.

We've had a lovely week in this super-spacious house - what a tardis! Lovely to have two bathrooms between four of us and the lounge was such a comfy room for evenings. We will definitely be back.

Great ensuite - lovely!! Our 5th stay at Seaway - always so comfortable. Lots of walking and reading - perfect.

The newly refurbished en-suite was an enormous surprise - it's fantastic!! So bright, modern - just stunning.

Best accommodation we stayed in at Southwold, comfortable, well equipped and great for any future visits to Southwold.

The position of Seaway House is perfect, we are so near the beach and some lovely walks. Perfect. We are always impressed with the depth of knowledge of reception staff. Whoever we see, they are always patient, and greet us with a smile. We always feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble....we feel safe. Your staff are your front line... they are great ambassadors for the company!

Very comfortable and spacious, comfortable beds. Although tiny, back yard has everything one could need. Plenty of extra chairs in conservatory to bring out and sit in the sun. Great cosy place to sit and read! The office staff are fantastic. We always know that they will sort out any difficulty with patience, friendliness. They are absolutely charming. Nothing is too much trouble.

Its a lovely house and patio area in a great location. It also has a wide enough double bed without a foot board which is hard to find. The Durrants staff are so lovely - super helpful.
