This modern and well-appointed home has quirky features including a glass-floored terrace and a converted garage games room with pool table and dartboard.

Sandy Castle boasts three bedrooms; a king-size on the ground floor with a door leading through to a twin bedroom (also accessible from the games room). The third sleeping area is a mezzanine level above the living area with a cosy double bed overlooking the terrace. The open-plan living area is bright and contemporary with cool grey soft furnishings and Scandi style wooden dining table, chairs and media unit. There’s a luxurious family bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a small shower room and WC located off the dining area.

This holiday retreat is perfectly located to enjoy everything that Southwold has to offer. Freshly baked pastries and coffee for breakfast from the High Street bakeries are just a few steps away, wonderful retail therapy is on your doorstep, and you’ll find the beach and Southwold Common within just a few minutes stroll.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor
Hallway: with wood panelled wall and tiled floor leads to
Games/Utility Room: Pool table, dart board, selection of games, washing machine, small freezer, sink (water softener) selection of beach equipment (buckets, spades, boules, bats and balls)
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower and glass screen, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom One: King-size bed with bedside drawer units and lamps, built-in wardrobes with hanging space, shelves and lighting. Glass door leads through to;
Bedrooms Two: Two single beds and bedside tables with lamps. Hanging space for clothing, low-level chest of drawers. Door to games room.

First Floor
Open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area: Lounge has a large corner sofa and two lounge chairs, media unit with Smart TV. Dining area has Scandi-style table and chairs for 6 guests. Glass doors out to the terrace. Kitchen is equipped with double electric oven, gas hob, slimline dishwasher, integrated fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle.
Shower Room: Small room with electric shower, WC and basin.
Office Cupboard: Cupboard with small desk space and chair.
Terrace: A fabulous suntrap with walk-on glass floor.

You can drive up to the property to drop luggage off, but there is no parking at Sandy Castle. The nearest parking is at Southwold Common.
