This lovely holiday home can be found on Cumberland Road in Southwold, with only a 4 minute walk to the sea. This beautifully renovated cottage has everything you need for your stay, whilst being centrally located for the high street with its boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Southwold Arts Centre is close by and always worth a visit is the Adnams Brewery. There is the bonus of a lovely sun room and outside patio so you can enjoy the sun at anytime of year.
Ground Floor:
Sitting room with Sofa and chairs, gas log stove, smart tv, wi-fi, bluetooth speaker systems, dvd, radio and Ipod dock. French doors lead to the patio garden.
Spacious dining room with table and chairs for 6 people and sideboard storage.
Kitchen with electric hob and electric double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Sun Room with large sofa and comfortable seating and Smart tv, Ipod dock and dining table and chairs for 4. Double doors lead you onto the patio garden with garden furniture.
Cloakroom with wash basin and wc.
First Floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobes and bed side tables and lamps. This room has views of the lighthouse.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, wardrobes and bedside table with lamps.
Bedroom 3 with fitted bunk beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside lighting.
Bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle, washbasin and w.c.
Bedding: Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
