This pretty black and white terraced cottage is situation on Southwold’s bustling High Street, with the array of independent shops and eateries right on the doorstep. Southwold common and the beach are just a short stroll away too.

The character cottage boasts a cosy sitting room, kitchen diner and family bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms, (a double and a twin) on the first floor. It’s ideal for a couple or family looking for a central base from which to enjoy everything that Southwold and the surrounding area has to offer.

ACCOMMODATION

Front door leads directly into;

Sitting Room: Large sofa, terrestrial TV with DVD player and lots of DVDs, Fireplace (gas fire not connected), selection of books and games.

Small step through to;

Kitchen: Freestanding electric oven, grill and gas hob, fridge with small ice box, kettle, two-slice toaster, microwave, round dining table and 4 chairs.

Bathroom: White suite with bath, WC and basin. Electric shower over the bath with glass screen.

Stable door leads to shared courtyard.

First Floor

Bedroom One: Double bed, bedside drawers and lamps, two chests of drawers, cupboard with hanging space for clothes, feature fireplace (not operational). Stairgate stored in cupboard.

Bedroom Two: Two 2.5ft single beds, central bedside table and lamp. Selection of children's story books.

Outside

Shared courtyard, accessible to residents of neighbouring properties.

NEED TO KNOW

Dogs: Rosemary Cottage welcomes three well-behaved dogs but as per our terms and conditions, there are a few rules for you and your four-legged friends to adhere to. They must not be left unattended in the holiday home at any time or allowed on the furniture or beds, otherwise this may result in an additional cleaning charged after your departure. The shared courtyard should be kept clean and any fouling removed immediately.

Accessibility: This property has very steep stairs and no bannister rail so may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility issues.

Linen and Towels: These are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
