Little Blue Cottage has been transformed and extended into a memorable self-catering cottage with family in mind. Recently renovated, the ground floor oozes style and elegance. Situated in a quieter part of Southwold, all desirable amenities are within easy reach including the sandy beach, famous Adnams pubs and fantastic restaurants, as well as the play park for letting little ones get adventurous.

Within the cottage there is plenty of room for guests to mingle together in the cosy sitting room. Gather around the television and relax, and for winter breaks take the chill off your evenings by lighting the cosy inset woodburning stove after a busy day exploring the Suffolk coast.

The glow of the woodburning stove can be seen through the kitchen and dining area, where the owners have transformed the space on offer into a wonderful area to dine and prepare meals together. Decorated in grey and white tones gives a calming and serene atmosphere, and bi-folding doors separate the outside from inside. There is also a newly installed shower room on the ground floor with large rainfall shower.

On the first floor you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and the family bathroom. Guests can choose from a double bedded room, a twin bedded room and a fun bunk bedded room. The family bathroom has a bath with rainfall shower above.

We’re sure you’ll be wanting to spend your days out and about, but for those who want to stay in the comfort of their cottage, the delightful garden is a great place to be. Mainly laid to lawn with a patio area, it’s fully fenced meaning your four-legged pooch can roam around freely. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay all the more exciting, with garden furniture and a BBQ supplied so you can enjoy al-fresco dining with your holiday group.

What we love about this property
The newly transformed kitchen and dining area make a fantastic space for entertaining. On a warm summers day just pop open the bi-fold doors to bring the outdoors in.

Shower Room: Newly fitted with shower cubicle, rainfall shower, handheld shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
Garden: Enclosed rear garden with side entrance. There is a lovely patio area with BBQ and garden furniture.

Master Bedroom: Double bed.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds.
Bathroom: Bath with over-bath shower, washbasin and WC.

All bed linen and towels are provided.
A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available to use.
The property has gas central heating.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
There is no parking with the property however there is plenty of on-street parking along St Edmunds Road.
There is a garden shed available for bicycle storage.
