If you’re searching for a spacious and practical holiday home in the heart of Southwold, then Holly House could well be the house for you! This much-loved 1930’s detached house situated on one of Southwold’s most popular streets ticks plenty of boxes on the ‘must have’ list and has been welcoming guests for years.
The pluses start before you even open the front door at Holly House – there’s a private driveway with ample space for two cars that runs alongside a large lawned garden plus there’s a garage, just perfect for storing beach equipment, which is handy as the beach is less than 100 metres away.
Inside, there’s plenty of space for the seven guests the house accommodates, plus a well-behaved dog. The entrance hall leads to a large, bay-fronted sitting room with distant sea views, and there’s a warm and inviting dining room that leads through to a well-equipped kitchen.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (2 standard doubles, a small double and a single) and a family bathroom, with a shower over the bath. With two of the double bedrooms having en suites and the single having a sink, plus a WC downstairs there’s plenty of bathroom facilities for everyone so there’ll be no queues in the morning before heading out to explore the fabulous shops and cafes that the town has to offer.
