Vicary's House

Vicary's House is a well-established and popular holiday home located a few short steps from Southwold’s iconic lighthouse and just moments from the beach and High Street. An attractive red brick property spread over three floors this fabulous home boasts plenty of space and comfort for up to 7 guests and two well-behaved dogs. Its tasteful décor with coastal hints offers a real home from home feel and the owners have taken a great deal of care in ensuring that guests have everything they need during their stay.

On the ground floor is a large and superbly equipped kitchen diner with large dining table perfect for lazy breakfasts or family evening meals. There’s a spacious lounge too with wonderful bay window, deep comfy sofas for sinking into after an exhausting day exploring, large TV, DVD player and games console.

On the first floor you’ll find two well-furnished king-size bedrooms, one with en suite, and the family bathroom. The second floor is ideal for the younger members of the family, with a single and a twin room. There’s a pull out bed in the twin room too.
Vicary's House is fortunate to have a large and enclosed front garden plus parking for two cars – a real luxury in Southwold! There’s a rattan dining set and barbecue for those warm summer evenings.

GROUND FLOOR
Sitting Room: Leather sofas and chairs, TV, DVD, modern electric fan fire.
Kitchen/dining area: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs.
Shower room: Power shower, washbasin and WC.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: Super king size bed, wardrobe and drawers, En-suite Bathroom: Walk in shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, wardrobe and drawers
Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC.

SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 3: One single bed.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds plus a single pull out bed if required.

OUTSIDE
Enclosed front garden with furniture and gas barbecue.
Parking: private parking for two cars.

NEED TO KNOW
This property accepts two well-behaved dogs, subject to payment of the appropriate pet fee. The following house rules must be strictly observed.

Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They should not be left unattended at the property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in any bedrooms. Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog/s. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property. Failure to follow these house rules may result in payment being taken against your security deposit. Vicary's House has electric storage and convector heaters.
WiFi, bedding and towels provided. Travel cot and high chair available. Welcome pack.
