Ideal for those who enjoy taking in the sea air and getting sand in their toes, Flat 2 Beach House is a bright, spacious first floor apartment with a balcony. Close to Southwold's bustling town centre where you can enjoy dining out in restaurants and cafes, pick up local produce in the bakery, greengrocers or butchers or treat yourself in one of the many boutique shops.

There is no parking with the property however on-street parking is available along North Parade.
Access to Flat 2 Beach House is via a covered staircase located at the back of the property.
Please note there is no outside space with the property.
