This first-floor apartment is tucked away in a secluded nook off South Green, one of Southwold’s most desirable areas, and boasts delightful sea views from the lounge, bedroom and balcony.

The apartment offers simple, practical accommodation with a cosy lounge-diner, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over the bath, and two bedrooms – a double and a twin. The promenade and beach are just a 1-minute walk from the front door of Fairwinds, as is the Red Lion, one of the town’s most popular Adnams public houses. The High Street is also just a 3-minute walk away.

Fairwinds is ideal for those wishing to enjoy the delights of Southwold – its eclectic mix of shops and eateries and its glorious beach, but it’s also idea for those looking to explore the Suffolk Coast and beyond. The apartment has a large garage suitable for most cars and there’s also space for storing bicycles.

External staircase leads to:

Front Porch: Storage space for shoes, coats etc.

Lounge/Diner: Sofa and chairs, TV, sea view from large patio doors.

Kitchen: Equipped with electric hob, electric single oven, free standing fridge freezer (small freezer compartment) microwave.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower and screen, basin, WC.

Bedroom One: Spacious twin bedroom, chest of drawers, sea view. En Suite WC and basin.

Bedroom Two: Double bed and drawers.

OUTSIDE

Balcony: Small balcony with table and two chairs. Sea view.

Garage: Ample space for one large car in the garage. The garage could also accommodate bicycles, golf equipment or water sports equipment.

NEED TO KNOW

Towels and linen provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Access to the apartment is via an external dog-leg style staircase.

The property has gas central heating.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is well equipped with most things needful and spotlessly clean. Thanks for a lovely weekend and for sending the snow, and for lots of good memories.
