Beautifully presented Southwold cottage with coastal touches throughout, 33 Victoria Street is a modernised holiday cottage in the heart of the town.

Full Description

With accents of coastal charm throughout, 33 Victoria Street is located in the heart of Southwold overlooking the picturesque Church and Bartholomew Green. The cottage has been renovated to the highest standard with family living at the heart of its design.

You will find the peaceful sitting room located at the front of the cottage with comfy sofas to sink into and a large television for unwinding whilst on holiday. To the rear of the cottage is the lovely extension comprising of the open plan living space. This room is such a wonderful place for everyone to gather together whether you’re doing the food preparation, setting the table or relaxing on the cosy sofas. In the summer season you can enjoy some al-fresco dining in the rear courtyard. On the first floor there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms to choose from as well as the family bathroom.

33 Victoria Street’s location suits everyone’s needs. For beach lovers, a short walk takes you to the promenade or if retail therapy is on your list of things to do there is an abundance of boutiques, gift shops and galleries to explore. Southwold is a rambler’s paradise with some enjoyable walking routes to the neighbouring village of Reydon as well as across the Harbour towards Walberswick – which would take more than twenty minutes by car!

What we love about this property
We love the layout of the ground floor – the extension gives families a great space to mingle together whilst preparing meals or you can tuck yourself away in the snug sitting room.

Fantastic property and thankyou
Lovely little cottage and the most comfortable bed (king size) in any of the rental houses we have stayed in.
Lovely cottage, very good size and the kitchen area with the sofas is a good space for a family. We loved also the view of the church.
