Excellent Location, nice large living and dining room. Parking easy.

Lovely, well equiped apartment in a great location.

Location perfect, weather amazing, Southwold as charming as ever. We've really enjoyed having so much space in the flat, the sun shines in most of the day. Decor is dated but we'd definitely come again.

Lovely place, good to walk along the seafront, quirky pier. Good pubs and shops locally. We enjoyed our stay!

Here for the Southwold Half Marathon - perfect location for running and watching! Best place to stay in Southwold - roomy, sea view, lots of toilets! Beats cute cottages hands down. See you again

Great position, open airy property. Two major advantages, car parking and balcony

I loved the big windows, especially in the roomy living/dinning room with views over the sea. It was spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. Good location. Lovely to have some tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits on arrival. Added bonuses are being dog friendly and a parking space.

We have stayed at various dog friendly properties in Southwold and all have been excellent, but 3 Pier Court is like a home from home; ok, the location isn't central, but we knew that when we booked and, as a result, it's not that busy with footfall. This is now our second stay at 3 Pier Court, we have a third stay booked for October and are planning to re-book for next June. A draw when we booked our first visit was the parking space, gold dust in Southwold, but the balcony is an absolute bonus too.

A lovely location within walking distance to most areas. We always enjoy our stay here and have recommended it to family and friends. We are always greeted by friendly and helpful people, it's the professional way you treat your customers and we always feel looked after.

Such a delightful apartment well maintained beautifully decorated in fact we sourced the same lounge lamp for the renovations we are doing on our house the kitchen was well stocked plenty of utensils and the view was just to die for. Super service from Paula thank you so much can’t wait for our next visit.
