  • Ideal situation to enjoy all that Southwold has to offer (top end of High St next to post office, opposite Adnams shop and excellent Fish n Chip shop! Accommodation all on one (lower ground) floor. Access from street down a few steps. Bay window to front of property catches the morning sun (not guaranteed!). Good sized living room/kitchen area. Plenty of room for 3 of us (all adults). Roadside parking for unloading/short stay only. Free parking on nearby common (200 yards away approx).

  • We really enjoyed our stay. We booked late ish and chose Pippins partly for value, partly through lack of much other choice in Southwold itself. However we really liked staying there. We have stayed right on the front a few times but actually being on the High St was fine, only minutes from the sea and near all the shops.Watching people's legs and dogs tails endlessly wander past was good fun! Well appointed and nicely decorated, we'd be happy to stay again, Thanks!
