Number Six, Southwold
Situated in one of Southwold’s prime locations, number six is a beautiful, individual property set behind a picket fence on East Cliff, with uninterrupted views of the sandy beach, the Pier and The Harbour. The former Harbour Pilot’s lodge, which later became an artist’s retreat, has been in the same family for over 100 years and its unique character has been preserved by the current generation of the family with many of the original features and artefacts throughout.
The property is ideal for individuals, couples or a small family, and for flexibility a double sofa-bed has been provided in the Living Room. You can’t help but find yourself relaxing as soon as you take in the views, and ever present sounds of the sea, from the front door and every room of the property. This location provides easy access to the beach, the Pier, the Boating Lake and the Harbour. The bustling High Street with all the amenities of the boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and award-winning pubs are all within an easy walk.
