Vicary's House is a well-established and popular holiday home located a few short steps from Southwold’s iconic lighthouse and just moments from the beach and High Street. An attractive red brick property spread over three floors this fabulous home boasts plenty of space and comfort for up to 7 guests and two well-behaved dogs. Its tasteful décor with coastal hints offers a real home from home feel and the owners have taken a great deal of care in ensuring that guests have everything they need during their stay.
On the ground floor is a large and superbly equipped kitchen diner with large dining table perfect for lazy breakfasts or family evening meals. There’s a spacious lounge too with wonderful bay window, deep comfy sofas for sinking into after an exhausting day exploring, large TV, DVD player and games console.
On the first floor you’ll find two well-furnished king-size bedrooms, one with en suite, and the family bathroom. The second floor is ideal for the younger members of the family, with a single and a twin room. There’s a pull out bed in the twin room too.
Vicary's House is fortunate to have a large and enclosed front garden plus parking for two cars – a real luxury in Southwold! There’s a rattan dining set and barbecue for those warm summer evenings.
