The games room has a table tennis table as well as a football table. Within easy reach you'll find a number of amenities including the local shop and two pubs.

Ideal for holidays all year round, this family-friendly property has a spacious sitting room with plenty of seating and a cosy woodburning stove set in the chimney breast. Set back off the sitting room is the large dining room with plenty of room for everyone to gather together. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with everything desired for self-catering and there three lovely bedrooms, all of which are a good size, for you to choose from. Outside the generous sheltered garden comes with garden furniture and a BBQ, a great way to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your holiday cottage.

What we love about this property
Walkers and cyclists could not be better located with routes to Southwold and surrounding areas waiting to be discovered. The RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve can be reached by car in under half an hour and is a must-visit for keen birdwatchers.

There is plenty of parking available in the driveway.
Whilst the property is all on one level please be aware there is a single step to access the property and there is also a step up between the kitchen, dining room and sitting room.
