Scott’s Cottage is a beautifully furnished and well-appointed holiday home in a peaceful setting in Reydon, just a short drive from the popular seaside town of Southwold. With an inviting living space, well-equipped kitchen, two good-size bedrooms, a pretty courtyard garden and parking it offers both comfort and convenience for a Suffolk holiday or short break. It’s pet-friendly too!
This holiday cottage is bright, airy and has a truly homely feel. The lounge is a sociable space ideal for the whole family to come together to enjoy a film, play boardgames etc and with patio doors out to the garden is a wonderful space in the summer. The kitchen diner is spacious and well-equipped for cooking up delicious meals during your stay. Upstairs the double room boasts a king-size bed while the twin room offers two full-size single beds. Both have ample storage space for your full holiday wardrobe.
Outside you’ll find the attractive courtyard garden, space for one car to park directly outside the property, and a garage which is perfect for storing bicycles, beach equipment, golf clubs, etc.

Ground Floor
Front door leads to entrance hall with stairs to first floor.
Kitchen Diner; with single electric oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table and chairs for four guests.
Lounge; with two sofas and lounge chair, wall-mounted smart TV, double-doors to courtyard garden.
WC; WC and hand basin
First Floor
Bedroom One; Kingsize bed, bedside drawers and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Please note the sloped ceiling.
Bedroom Two; Two single beds (full size), bedside tables and lamps, clothes rail, chest of drawers. Please note the sloped ceiling.
Family bathroom; White bathroom suite with WC, basin and bath with shower and glass screen. Please note the sloped ceiling.

Courtyard/patio garden with dining table and four chairs and parasol.
Parking is available on the private road to the front of the property. There are also additional communal parking spaces adjacent to the property for additional cars.
Garage which can be use for storing beach equipment, bicycles, golf clubs etc.

Linen; Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Dogs; This property accepts one well-behaved dog, subject to payment of the appropriate pet fee. The following house rules must be strictly observed.
Dogs must be kept under control at all times. They should not be left unattended at the property at any time. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in any bedrooms. Guests should bring a bed and bedding for the dog/s. Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Please ensure that dogs are as clean as possible prior to entering the property.
