A modern holiday home situated in the village of Reydon just a three minute drive from Southwold. Jubilee View is located on a newer development in the village surrounding a focal village green (Jubilee Green). The holiday home comes complete with everything needed for an easy approach to self-catering, from private parking to a modern kitchen and large rear garden for soaking up the summer sunshine.

Jubilee View is the perfect coastal escape for families or friends looking to holiday together and explore a lovely part of the Suffolk coast. Just a few yards away you'll find The Randolph Hotel - a friendly pub serving great food and of course, Adnams ales and spirits. Southwold's beach and seafront can be reached within a fifteen minute gentle stroll along a picturesque route. For lovers of the countryside there are many footpaths in the village leading to Southwold or in the opposite direction towards Reydon Wood and beyond.

The rear garden is such a generous space where you can enjoy garden games, al-fresco dining or sunbathing.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and chairs, door to garden.
Cloakroom: Washbasin and WC.
Garden: Enclosed garden with patio area and lawn, garden furniture and BBQ.

FIRST FLOOR
Master Bedroom:
King size bed and En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds with child's pull out bed (2’6) underneath.
Bathroom: Bath with hand-held shower attachment, washbasin and WC.

Need to know
All bed linen and towels are provided.
A cot is available to use.
The property has gas central heating.
There is private parking for two cars at the side of the property.
A tumble dryer is available in the garage.
Please be aware there are sloping ceilings in the third bedroom and the pull-out bed is only suitable for children.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet, great location
Nice and modern holiday home in a quiet location. Clean and well equipped with a nice garden
The location was perfect. The house was beautifully kept and very well equipped. Although we didn't need them, the provision of toys was a lovely extra touch. The whole atmosphere of the house made it so easy to relax. The garden and patio were an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.
Thank you for all the thoughtful touches, especially the lovely selection of toys. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay again as Southwold is perfect for a family holiday.
The house is well located for Southwold, only a 20min walk into town. The house has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, spacious garden and even a few toys for the kids to play with. We had a great stay, thank you!

Great property and ideal as 15-20 mins walk into Southwold. Very quiet location and well equipped property. 2nd time staying at 5 Shearwater and would stay there again.
This is the third time we have visited this property, and each time we totally relax. It is in a very peaceful surrounding, and within easy reach for the town, as well as easy access to the beach and harbour. There are good restaurant's to suit all, although this last visit, we found most places quite expensive, this is probably due to the present climate. We look forward to booking this property again in the near future.
All was good, property clean throughout. Always a pleasure to book with Durrants, friendly and professional service.
