A family-friendly holiday cottage ideal for breaks in all seasons. Dovedale is the perfect holiday escape with everything you could desire for a self-catering adventure on the Suffolk coast.

Situated in a desirable village location, Dovedale is a lovely holiday choice for families or friends. The cottage benefits from private parking – making the start of your holiday all the more easier. You are welcomed into the cottage via a west-facing landscaped garden which comes equipped with garden furniture for enjoying a few sun rays and al-fresco dining.

The cosy sitting room is a good space for everyone to enjoy time together, with book shelves brimming with your favourite novels. The open plan kitchen and dining area is a lovely space for everyone to gather together after a busy day sightseeing and enjoying a hearty meal. All self-catering necessities are on hand here. There is also a handy cloakroom on the ground floor.

Dovedale has three comfortable bedrooms and family bathroom which all reside on the first floor of the cottage. The master bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of hanging space for garments and the remaining two bedrooms are a twin bedded room and single bedded room, both of which have plenty of storage for clothes. The family bathroom comprises of a white bathroom suite with over-bath shower.

Reydon is a lovely village just a short drive from the coastal gem of Southwold or a twenty minute walk away from the cottage. For families with small children there is a small recreational play area moments from the cottage, a small convenience store for any last minute essentials and if you’re looking to dine out with all the family the Randolph Hotel is close by.

What we love about this property
For nature lovers Reydon Wood is a pleasant walk away – the bluebell spread is not to be missed in the Spring!

comfortable 3 bed house with all the furniture and equipment of home. Good location, 5 minute drive from Southwold, shop within 1 minute walk and a couple of places to have a drink within walking distance.

Great to return to Dovedale, this time with late teens, who enjoyed it as much as ever. We all love the new garden room and enjoyed walks and cycles to Southwold and Walberswick.

Lovely property with all facilities

Lovely home, lovely location, welcoming neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and easy to walk to the coast via the Path. Great range of books and games, and TV was excellent. Good sized comfortable dining table. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom with good shower temperature and pressure. One of the best holiday let’s we have visited.
