A detached holiday home located close by to the seafront as well as Southwold's iconic Church, Corner Cottage is a relaxing and comfortable holiday home with the added benefit of private parking

Full Description

This pleasant, light and incredibly spacious detached family house is ideally located in the heart of Southwold, yet has a large garden and much sought after off road parking. Within a few minutes' walk you can easily reach the beach and all local amenities such as restaurants, shops and pubs. The impressive conservatory is a lovely spot to sit and relax no matter the weather whilst enjoying the birdlife that frequents the garden. Ideal for families, you can also reach the playground on Tibby's Green next to St Edmund's Church in a matter of minutes. For an added touch of luxury, the double and twin bedrooms have Kaymed Serene Comfort beds. and in the single room a Benson Ashford Memory Support Mattress.

Ground floor: Dining room with dining table and chairs. Sitting room with a sofa and arm chairs, satellite TV. Conservatory with sofa and arm chairs. Kitchen with electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Shower room with WC and wash basin. Stairs up to:-

First floor: Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: Twin beds. Bedroom 3: Single bed. Bedroom 4: Child's single built-in bed. Bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin.

Bedding: Linen provided (Please bring your own towels and beach towels)

Garden: Enclosed back garden with seating and a table with a parasol, and lots of birdlife.

Parking: Off street parking. (Please note this is NOT in front of the garage, but to the left of the garage directly on the corner of Cumberland Road. Take care entering the parking area as there is no lowered kerb.)

Pets: No pets.

Need to know: Hairdryer provided. Gas central heating. There is to be No Smoking or Vaping at the property.

Great to have the conservatory, garden and parking. Very central location. We have stayed in Corner Cottage many time and love it! New sofa in lounge is lovely!
We liked a lot of things about the property. It is well situated, there was a good supply of books, games etc for children; the stairgate was very welcome; the wi-fi was efficient; it was generally comfortable; it was good to have some basics available on arrival . Overall it was very much what we expected.

We have been in corner cottage many times and never been disappointed

We have been staying at Corner Cottage since 2016 and have already booked for the same week next year. It is very comfortable, in a great location and we feel instantly relaxed when we arrive. It suits us very well. Many thanks to Durrants and the homeowner for making Corner Cottage such a wonderful place to spend a week.
Have enjoyed another lovely stay at Corner Cottage nice and spacious house with the added bonus of off street parking . Excellent.
