Hosted by Sarah Rous from the Henham Yoga Studio, these weekly sessions take place on the Southwold Beach. Bring your own mat, or towel, some water and enjoy! Session fees go to support local charities.

Built and run by couple Tina and Pete, the Suffolk Sauna is tucked away at Dunwich Beach car park. Open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the converted horse box sauna offers a unique way to experience the elements. Follow your sauna with a dip in the North Sea for the ultimate boost.
