Spectacular sea views from this spacious self-contained ground floor apartment in a
Victorian house opposite the beach. The front garden can be accessed by the French doors and has three wide steps down to pleasant paved seating area with sea views at the ground level. 
This property has broadband internet access. Can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, agent will advise.
ACCOMMODATION:  Private rear entrance, with one step to enclosed porch plus further step to inside flat.  Sitting room with Multi fuel burner (wood/coal) flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview. A drop leaf dining table is available and may be used in conjunction with the main table to seat 10 people.
THREE BEDROOMS: One with sea views and two single beds which are twinned together and has a wash basin, one with double bed, en-suite shower and WC. Third bedroom which has one single bed, pair of 6ft bunks with a foldaway single bed (optional).

Utility/cloakroom with washing machine and freezer.  Bathroom, electric shower over bath, WC and bidet. Dining room.  Refurbished kitchen with electric hob ,eye-level oven, two fridges, microwave, dishwasher.

NOTES:  Dog by request, to be confined to kitchen and dining room only.  No smoking. Main access is via the back door. 
No open fires. Tumble dryer is NOT available.  Gas central heating with constant hot water and a water softener.
