Bloom is a florist shop, café and lifestyle store. With its trademark pink door and pavement seating, you can’t miss the shop as you make your way down the High Street. Their Southwold beach bags are big enough to fit in everything for the day’s adventures. There’s also lots of other seaside themed prints and homewares.
Mumfords | 66 High Street
Mumfords has been on the High Street in Southwold since 1933. A traditional hardware shop, it’s full to the rafters with useful products for home and garden. They also stock a collection of Southwold souvenirs, with all the classics from mugs and tea towels to fridge magnets and placemats (shoutout to the adorable ‘I heart Southwold’ espresso mug).
Southwold Food & Gifts | Post Office, High Street
Inside the grand Southwold Post Office building on the High Street, you’ll find Southwold Food & Gifts. With aprons, mugs, coasters and boxes of sweet treats all celebrating Southwold, there’s lots to choose from. You can even send off your postcards while you’re there!
Goose & Gander | 17 Marketplace
New to the town in 2026, Goose and Gander sell comfy unisex clothing. Their Southwold collection is designed and decorated in-house in the UK and features the town’s iconic skyline. There’s also personalised embroidery available in-store to make your piece truly unique.
Chapmans of Southwold | 79 High Street
Chapmans has been serving Southwold since 1896. As an independent gift shop and newsagents, they have a huge range of cards, stationery and partyware. Currently, you’ll find a beautiful range of Southwold gifts designed exclusively for Chapmans by Jessica Hogarth. There are puzzles, mugs, kitchenware and decorations featuring illustrations of much-loved Southwold locations.
Craft Co | 40A High Street
With two floors of gallery space, Craft Co hosts contemporary craft from makers across East Anglia all available to buy. The exhibitions change regularly but you can find art, ceramics, sculpture, jewellery and much more, celebrating Southwold and the Suffolk Coast beyond.
