With accents of coastal charm throughout, 33 Victoria Street is located in the heart of Southwold overlooking the picturesque Church and Bartholomew Green. The cottage has been renovated to the highest standard with family living at the heart of its design.

You will find the peaceful sitting room located at the front of the cottage with comfy sofas to sink into and a large television for unwinding whilst on holiday. To the rear of the cottage is the lovely extension comprising of the open plan living space. This room is such a wonderful place for everyone to gather together whether you’re doing the food preparation, setting the table or relaxing on the cosy sofas. In the summer season you can enjoy some al-fresco dining in the rear courtyard. On the first floor there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms to choose from as well as the family bathroom.

33 Victoria Street’s location suits everyone’s needs. For beach lovers, a short walk takes you to the promenade or if retail therapy is on your list of things to do there is an abundance of boutiques, gift shops and galleries to explore. Southwold is a rambler’s paradise with some enjoyable walking routes to the neighbouring village of Reydon as well as across the Harbour towards Walberswick – which would take more than twenty minutes by car!

  • Having stayed in the Swan and the Crown a number of times we felt it was time for a change and booked 33 Victoria Street for our four days in Southwold. How happy we are!! It was a perfect stay from the welcome cake & fizz to all the home comforts the cottage provided. Southwold is a great place if you have a big appetite, try Prandium but it's not for the faint hearted- full english with 3 eggs! A lovely walk down to the harbour and access to Walberswick on the boat ferry. We had a very nice meal one evening in Coasters (you have to book) And a leisurely walk along the prom to the pier is a must. The best view of Southwold is from the Pier. And at the end of the day it has been lovely to relax "back home" in no 33. We will return. Many thanks
