Kitchen with electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Small cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Hall with stairs and a hand rail up to:- 

First floor: Bedroom 1: Double. Bedroom 2: Three single beds. Bedroom 3: Single. Bathroom with power shower over bath, WC and wash basin.

Bedding: Linen provided (Please bring your own towels)

Garden: South facing patio with table and chairs and step up to the newly landscaped enclosed lawn garden.

Parking: On street parking nearby.

Pets: No pets (The owner has a dog)

Need to know: Travel cot and Bumbo seat available, please request at time of booking. Gas central heating.
