Kathleen Stammers
Manager
Joined H A Adnams in 2003 as a personal assistant. In 2005 she became manager, joining Durrants in the same position when they acquired the business in 2007. Nine years working with home owners and the holidaymaking public have enabled Kathleen to manage this aspect of our business with confidence.
Daphne Hall
Consultant
Daphne joined HA Adnams holiday lettings team in April 1973, taking over the management in 1974 with a portfolio of 34 properties. In 1990 she bought into the business which continued to trade under the name of HA Adnams. When Durrants acquired the business in 2007, Daphne continued her work with the company on a consultancy basis - her wealth of knowledge is invaluable to us all.
Lynn Willis
Administrator
Lynn Willis joined the Southwold office in June 2012 as Holiday Lettings Administrator. She previously worked in a retail environment and brings her many years of customer service to this role where she enjoys being part of the team. Lynn enjoys playing the guitar and is a qualified scuba diver!
Martin Culwick
Holiday Lettings Accounts
Martin is responsible for dealing with accounts within the holiday lettings department. All of the income is entered by Martin on to our computerised property management software, which is then linked to our client accounts, making him essential to the smooth running of the department. Also a keen motorcyclist, you might catch him zooming around on his 1000cc Honda!
