Kitchen with gas hob and electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee peculator, washing machine and Dining area with dining table. Downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Dog leg staircase with handrail on right hand side up to:

First floor:
Three bedrooms: Spacious master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite bathroom with hand held shower attachment over bath, WC and wash basin. Large second bedroom with twin beds. Third bedroom with double bed. Family bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachment over, WC and wash basin. A fold away bed is also available, please supply your own linen for this bed.

Duvets, pillows. Linen provided (Please bring your own towels)

Enclosed garden with garden furniture.

at the back of property, in front of the garage and also on the road.

Notes:
Children welcome. No pets. No smoking. Gas central heating. This property has sloping ceilings on the first floor. A £100 'Good Housekeeping/Damage' deposit is required with all bookings.
