This lovely holiday home can be found on Cumberland Road in Southwold, with only a 4 minute walk to the sea. This beautifully renovated cottage has everything you need for your stay, whilst being centrally located for the high street with its boutique shops, cafe's and restaurants. Southwold Arts Centre is close by and always worth a visit is the Adnams Brewery. There is the bonus of a lovely outside patio for relaxing and alfresco dining.

Kitchen with electric hob and electric double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and table and chairs for 4 people.

Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobes and bed side tables and lamps. This room has views of the lighthouse.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, wardrobes and bedside table with lamps and views over towards St. Edmunds Church.
Bathroom with bath, washbasin and w.c.
Bedding: Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Garden: - Lovely sunny patio garden with garden furniture and views of the lighthouse.
Pets: No pets - Strictly no pets due to owners allergies.

Need to Know: Gas central heating. For larger parties, Church Green Cottage and adjoining Saffron Cottage can be booked together. The garden can be open up for access and can be entered from the rear access which is ideal for bike storage.
